In this hilarious romantic comedy, you'll join the Duncan famiily as they prepare for the wedding of their daughter. Maggie's Getting Married, is an example of the sparkling wit and human insight of Canada's most prolific writer of comedies-that-matter, Norm Foster is Canada's funniest and most produced playwright and this comedic gem will have you doubled over with laughter from beginning to end. Join the Duncan family who has gathered together for a party the night before the wedding of their youngest daughter, Maggie. Maggie's older sister Wanda has just returned home for the wedding with her actor boyfriend in tow to meet the groom for the first time. When the groom, a real estate salesman, finally arrives, Wanda discovers that she knows him a little better than Maggie would like her to and chaos ensues. |
