STEVE TRUELOVE (Assistant Director) has been with Kanata Theatre for 13 years having started out in lighting design. Since then he has expanded to work in numerous technical areas of lighting, stage crew, props, and assistant stage managing. In recent years he has taken on more stage managing duties and has performed on stage as Medvedenko in Chekhov’s The Seagull, and as the sergeant-at-arms in A Few Good Men. This will be Steve’s first time as assistant director.

STEVEN TRUELOVE (Medvedenko) has been with Kanata Theatre for about 6 years. He was one of the Bruce Jamesons in Staff Room. He is usually found behind the scenes as lighting designer for such plays as Proof, You'll Get Used To It!- The War Show, When The Reaper Calls, and most recently The Heiress. He also led the stage crew for Enchanted April and was Assistant Stage Manager for The Long Weekend.

STEVEN TRUELOVE(Sergeant-at-Arms, Marine) first appeared on stage as Bruce Jameson in Staff Room. He has since appeared as Medvedenko in The Seagull. He is usually to be found behind the scenes doing lighting design for such productions as Proof, You’ll Get Use To It!-The War Show, When The Reaper Calls, and The Heiress. Steven was crew chief for Enchanted April, assistant stage manager for The Long Weekend, and stage manager for Postmortem and Having Hope at Home.
